R100 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document outlines the terms governing all users' access to and use of the r100 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the r100 platform at r100.ws, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the r100 platform or its services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and r100 as the platform operator. They apply to all users without exception, including those who browse the site without registering an account.
R100 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on r100. Creating multiple accounts or providing false information violates these terms and may result in account termination without any refund. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and current.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use r100's services. r100 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time through appropriate verification processes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. r100 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or social media. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the r100 support team immediately through official channels. r100 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an r100 user, you agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose or illegal activity
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt r100's systems
- Registering an account using another person's personal information without their consent
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system through unauthorised methods
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Distributing harmful, inciting, or unlawful content under Malaysian law
- Conducting transactions for money laundering purposes
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership
Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, and potential legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the r100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). r100 supports a range of local payment methods, including eWallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go, as well as online bank transfers via major Malaysian banks. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name.
Successful deposits cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances agreed upon by r100. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the platform's current policies and are subject to proper identity verification. r100 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of suspicious activity or a breach of terms.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses may not be converted to cash until those requirements have been fully met.

Account Closure Policy

Suspended accounts will be unable to access their balance or carry out any transactions until the investigation is concluded. r100's decision regarding account closure is final.
Intellectual Property
All content on the r100 platform — including logos, text, graphics, designs, and software — is the exclusive property of r100 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from r100.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links: The r100 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. r100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms of those respective websites.
Changes to Terms: r100 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such notice is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the r100 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate processes in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
